The playoffs begin at Las Vegas Motor Speedway with a record $50,000 at stake for NASCAR Pick ‘Em players. Here are my picks for Sunday’s race:

STAGES

First stage (Aric Almirola, Ryan Blaney, William Byron, Joey Logano):

PICK: William Byron. His first Cup win will come soon.

Second stage (Chase Elliott, Erik Jones, Kyle Larson, Martin Truex Jr.):

PICK: Kyle Larson. Chip Ganassi Racing driver is surging into playoffs.

Third stage (Kyle Busch, Denny Hamlin, Kevin Harvick, Brad Keselowski)

PICK: Kyle Busch. He re-establishes himself as a championship favorite.

Top 3 Overall:

1. Kyle Busch: The hometown favorite ends a 10-year drought in Sin City and a three-month dry spell in 2019.

2. Brad Keselowski: Team Penske cars always seem strong at Las Vegas

3. Joey Logano: Defending series champion back on track with second at Brickyard
